Booking and cancellation conditions

Rates shown on the website colive.com are per month and per room. Each room can be occupied by only one person. The rooms are designed for students and young professionals between the ages of 18 and 35.

Rates do not have VAT incorporated because this tax is exempt in private home leases. If the tenant is a legal person, the price must be increased with the corresponding VAT.

The booking will be considered firm after payment ofthe deposit marked on the payment platform.

The payment of the first month and the deposit can be made by bank transfer to the account indicated by Colive in the contract or by online payment.

If the customer cancels the reservation, previously contracted, he will lose the right to the return of the non-refundable booking and the deposit.

Modifications of the reservations are not accepted unless they are expressly accepted by Colive.

When paying with the virtual TPV, these conditions are accepted, without prejudice that in a specific case a contract is drawn up whose procedure will be done via email.

The main language of the contracts will be Spanish, without prejudice to their translation into English as a secondary language when circumstances require it. In case of discrepancy, the Spanish version will prevail.
